Alfalfa participates to CFIA Rennes Hall 7, stand A 21

For the fourth consecutive year, Alfalfa participates to CFIA Rennes.

This year, in cooperation with our Danish partner KMC, we will especially focus on GlazeMaker, a starch developed to replace egg or milk proteins in glazings. Furthermore, this new CFIA edition will be an opportunity to promote our « texturizing ingredients » division’s other specialties:

  • CheeseMaker starches for processed cheese
  • EmulsiForm emulsifying starch
  • NATURIS pre-cooked cooked pulses

Meanwhile, our « fruit ingredients » activity will introduce its products:

  • Sun-dried Fruits (raisins, figs, apricots)
  • Dehydrated Apples
  • Dehydrated Vegetables

In this context, it will organize, in partnership with MOLDA a presentation and tasting of ingredients dried by several different methods.

Finally, our team will be available to meet with you and discuss about other ALFALFA activities:

  • Cereal ingredients
  • Dairy
  • Sweet ingredients: caramels, nuts processed (nougatine …) colored sugars, granules of biscuits, chocolates, aqueous fillings, etc.
